Interact is an organisation of service clubs for youth ages 12-18, sponsored by Rotary International. Interact clubs operate under the sponsorship of a Rotary club, which provides them with support and guidance, but they are autonomous and self-sufficient entities. The composition of the club is very varied since the members can be of either sex and their number can vary significantly. They can be formed around the student body of a teaching center or of two or more centers of the same community. IT IS very appropriate for Spain, in these times to create Intertaract Clubs within Institutes, since they will give Young people a different look at current circumstances Interact clubs conduct at least two community service projects annually, one of which is designed to foster international understanding and goodwill. It is by carrying out such projects that Interactors forge a network of friendships with local and foreign clubs. The service is what mainly characterizes the Interactors. Through their service activities, Interactors become aware of the importance of the following:
Leadership development and personal integrity
Respect and willingness to serve others
The value of individual responsibility and tenacity at work
Promoting goodwill and international understanding
As one of Rotary's most important and growing service programs — with more than 17,7,000 clubs in 109 countries and geographic regions — Interact has become an international phenomenon, with about 200,000 young people a part.]]>

Club benefits
Your club connection gives you the chance to develop skills like public speaking, project management, and event planning. You'll meet interesting people from your community and around the world. And you'll tackle local and international issues that are important to you and your fellow club members. Some clubs conduct all or part of their meetings online, for members who have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or live in an area without an established Rotary club. Online clubs, sometimes known as e-clubs, meet regularly, carry out service projects, support The Rotary Foundation, and socialize, like any other Rotary club, without the cost that often comes with meeting in person.
