On Monday 3-5-2021 two new members, Maren Weisse and Gerhard Bauer were inducted into the RCCI. The ceremony took place at the Hotel Bendinat. We warmly welcomed them into our club.
John summarized the effort made by the RCCI members at Tardor in Palma on Wednesday and Saturday and the ins and outs of our Rotary volunteers assisting with the Tardor project.
Kathy Simmons gave her personal talk about her life and career which was both extremely interesting and amusing and was thoroughly enjoyed by all members. She gave us all an insight into the development of tourism in Spain during her many years as a Thomson manager, traveling to Thailand and Russia among other countries to set up offices. She then opened her own Travel agency and continues with the company today. Thank you, Kathy.
