On Saturday evening, 13 December 2025, members and friends of the Rotary Club Calvià International gathered at 18:00h at Parc de la Mar (Av. Antonio Maura) to begin our annual Rotary Christmas Walk through Palma.
Together, we strolled through the beautifully Christmas-lit streets of Palma, enjoying the festive atmosphere, seasonal decorations, and the joy of shared conversation. Halfway through our walk, the weather threw a little surprise — a sudden rain shower sent the group scattering temporarily. True to Rotary spirit, however, we soon found our way back together.
Our evening ended at the charming Tunisian restaurant “A MA MAISON,” lovingly owned and operated by our Rotary member Saloua Sfar. There, we were warmly greeted and enjoyed delicately spiced dishes from her homeland, a true culinary highlight. Paired with red, white, and rosé wines, the evening provided a relaxed setting to connect, laugh, and get to know each other beyond regular club meetings.
A heartfelt thank you to Claudia Jacob for organizing this year’s Christmas Walk and creating an evening filled with fellowship, culture, and Rotary warmth. Even with a bit of rain, the spirit of togetherness made it a truly memorable night.
