Rotary District 2203 | Leadership & Club Development
On February 6, members of Rotary Club Calvià International (RCCI) took part in the President Elect Training Seminar (PETS) in Marbella, an essential leadership and preparation event within Rotary District 2203.

The training provided valuable insights into Rotary leadership, governance, service project planning, and collaboration across clubs and districts. It was also a great opportunity to personally meet and exchange with the incoming District Governor, JJ Frias, and his leadership team.

Representing RCCI at PETS were:
- Ella Marchetti, Incoming President
- Jens Braeuker, Incoming Secretary
The day was marked by strong engagement, practical training sessions, and inspiring discussions focused on strengthening Rotary clubs, enhancing community impact, and living Rotary’s values of leadership and service.

Why PETS matters
President-Elect Training ensures continuity, alignment, and excellence within Rotary leadership by preparing incoming club officers for a successful Rotary year. Events like PETS reinforce collaboration across clubs and districts while building a shared vision for sustainable service projects.

Rotary Club Calvià International looks forward to applying the learnings from PETS Marbella in the upcoming Rotary year and continuing to contribute actively to the mission of Rotary International.
